Adam Elliott

I’ve been taking pictures and traveling for over 20 years. This is my third time living in Southern Utah/ Northern Arizona. In the 1990’s I worked at Zion Lodge (when you could still drive up the canyon), Lake Powell and the Grand Canyon. After getting a degree in Studio Art from the University of Alabama in Huntsville I worked as a graphic designer in Seattle and then got sucked into Alaska for 16 years where I started my own business unrelated to art. Despite all my travels, my favorite places are still Alaska, Utah and Hawaii.

I specialize in Resort, Landscape, Travel, Journalism, Aerial, Architecture and Product Photography. Over the course of my career I’ve worked for newspapers and magazines both in-house and as a freelance photographer/writer.

I’ve been published in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Clients include Amble Resorts, Alaska Journal of Commerce, Alaska Native Medical Center, Dismals Canyon Conservatory, Sea Parrot Inn, Anchorage Center for the Performing Arts, University of Alabama in Huntsville, Capcom Games Inc., VRBO and locally Brian Geer Homes, Tenth Muse Design, and Absolute Comfort.

Publications include National Geographic, Associated Press, The Sun, Alaska Journal of Commerce, Seattle’s Child Magazine, Alaska Magazine, Digital Photo Magazine, Anchorage Daily News, Alaska Business Monthly and more.
