Harold Tanner


His first toys, as a small boy, were display materials from the drug store next to his mothers beauty shop.  His talents took him into window display.  He has won five gold medals from Display World Magazine, and the 1st place award in the national Westinghouse window contest.

He became a professional ISID Interior Designer by attending Brigham Young University, the University of Utah, and the New York School of Interior Design.  He was the design chair for 8 years in the Design Homes, for the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, in Colorado Springs, Colo. He serves on the Arts to Zion Studio Tour, and the Memory Matters Alzheimer's Dementa Society.

He received an invitation and was accepted, in the Saint George Art Museum Juried exhibit of “Visions of Zion,” an exhibit celebrating Zion National Part Centennial. He was invited into the UVU invitational Juried show, Provo Utah. 
He is represented by Hayden-Hayes Broadmoor Gallery at the Broadmoor Hotel, in Colorado Springs, Colo. The Philinda Gallery of Art in Edwards Co. Split Rock Gallery, Ancestor Square, St George, the District Gallery  in Park City Ut. Andrea Gallery in Scottsdale AZ, and the Great Southwest Gallery in Sedona AZ.

His works are in private collections in New Jersey, Utah Colorado, California, Missouri, and the largest collection in Costa Rica in Central America.
